457 visa - Debts in uk

Im due to move to townsville on a four year 457 visa- I have a house in UK which i will rent plus a few debts in uk I can t pay them off , any ideas... ! ?

Will transfer money back each month but could cost more if exchange rate goes up.

Can i get a loan in oz on a 457 ?

If you are renting your house out in the UK, could you not have this money transfered to a UK bank account and then use this to pay the debts? It saves you loosing out on the exchange rate moving the money here to send it back, just a thought:)
Loans are possible on a 457 but it is subject to certain criteria
