Cool Shall I move ????

Hi all
Currently my wife and I live in the UK with our 2 babies , I am software analyst with 8 years experience , I have been offered to move to AU , and I wanted to know how much should I ask
currently I earn around £65K plus benefits
Any ideas ?
The role in AU is in Sydney

If you're earning £65K in the UK in theory you should be looking at around $125K+ IMO however it may not be the case for your profession (I earn a similar amount in UK and that's what I could earn in oz).
You should look at some Oz recruitment sites to see what the going rate is for your type of job.
Your employer should be proposing the rate to you not the other way around!
