Most definately haggle, if you don't ask you don't get. Even furniture and electrical shop are up for a haggle, NEVER pay the ticket price.

We insured hubbies car with budget. They came out as the cheapest by a fair way and the policy seemed ok. We also got an $70 refund when we moved from metropolitan Melbourne to Mornington so we were rather happy!
