We have a bank account with HSBC and have just put our house sale money into a serious saver account with HSBC. Think there are a few good high interest accounts around. Am sure someone will know some others!

Hi Seaangel,

We also bank with first direct and are hoping to be in Brisbane early next year, I am just trying to think how often I go into the branch, only really to bank any cheque I may receive but if this can be done in a post office I don't see it would be much of a problem for us. Are there plenty of post office branches?

Wendy
