You wont get away with $10 mobile per month
Dont know what ages all the kids are, but depending on your lifestyle & ages the food bills might be a little on the low side.
Water seems high (we pay about $15-20 a month) What about Gas?
I am assuming above figures are based on just 1 car. If so, will you both be working & if so will you also have parking/public transport costs etc. I also think petrol costs a bit on the low side if you have just 1 car. (doing shopping/commuting/take kids to childcare etc etc)

Thanks mobile is just based on a cheap pay as you go won't know anyone so should imagine we won't spend much lol
Yes I do think the food bill is quite low we spend a lot in the UK per week on quality food so guess it won't change when we get out there will have a look at that.
Nice to hear I have overestimated the water just going off what we've been told, gas is something I've not been able to get an estimate on what's a reasonable amount per month?
Petrol figures are based on 1 car 1 tank a week, hoping to be able to use public transport at least for me as I'll be working in the CBD and missus will be at whichever hospital she gets a job at so still need to factor in travel.

I guessing we'll be around that mark then, we spend about £135 a week in the UK based on times it by 2.5 prob be $325 a week.

That seems a lot if you are only using it for cooking and hot water

My Gas bill for 16th Nov - 15th Feb last year was about $63.10, we've only once paid over $70 - you can sign up for a monthly direct debit with Alinta
