Brill, what is up? you have been repeating this question, and variants of it, in all your posts, and received many answers. What is the real problem? There is lots of information out there, and probably the best way to get answers is to start the process of moving to Australia by getting a migration agent specialised in doctors. You know where to find them - their ads are everywhere. All your questions are usually answered in the information they send out to you.

Brill, I sent you a really comprehensive email detailing what you need to do in order to get a job here, I really tried to help and gave you all the information you need,

Contact the ADC to find out what you need to do to gain accreditation,
Once your qualifications have been verified you will need to contact AHPRA and find out about registration.
Once you are registered you will need to find an employer who is willing to sponsor you for a visa.

You can't just get a 457 visa without completing the registration process and finding an employer and if you can't complete these steps then unfortunately you won't be able to come in and work in Australia thus not getting a visa.

The only criteria you need to meet in order to get sponsorship is, Have registration and eligibility to practice in Australia and to have an employer willing to sponsor.
