      electronic Engineer

Not sure Electronic engineer will be on every SMP. It wasn't on every SS so assuming won't be on every SMP. It was on the SA, WA and QLD before so hoping with fingers crossed it will still be on at least QLD or SA as that's where my family want to go. I hope you are right and Electronic Engineer will be on every SMP as will open more doors esp as a lot of the Electronic industry is in Victoria etc.

      Oh Dear

      Imagination has no limits.
No 1 can predict what will be on SMPs, not even DIAC.
This thing totally depends upon particular state and the settlement between new AU. govt.
I am v much surprised that there is not a single IT occupation present in YOUR PREDICTED LIST. (even not a single 1 from SCH-3).
Its v clear that States will include occupations from SCH-3 as well from SCH-4.

Rule is v clear. State Demand and Availability of sponsorship applicants .
Sponsorship applicants include ALREADY SPONSORED + Current Applications + Future applications

I am sure States will show some common sense.
Some times members dont read much in a post and they just go through the lists in them.

so my thinking is we must refrain ourselves to post such lists ... all though i appriciate your effort but please don't post such things .... current applicants and future ones are alredy v much confused and scared of SMP outcome ....
my suggestion is WAIT and SEE condition must be adopted. secondly we must give positive HOPE to others.....
mis leading info/speculations will only cause panic and high blood pressure ..

Good luck and Warm regards to all of you.

There will always be a need for General medical practitioners, Registered nurses, registered midwives and most other health professionals allied to health. I know that General medical practitoners are on the SMP for SA, because the nice fella at the dept immi told me that we were indeed listed and would be progressing nicely very quickly!!!

I can save you a lot of bother by just saying that all the occupations who were given State Sponsorship should be on the SMP's

      I Thank You
