Do you think I should give them (DIAC) a call and ask them to change my priority.

Hello ssgill,

I was in the same boat as you after submitting my ACS reassesment.

I waited two weeks and then i called up DIAC and they said my application has been already moved to priority 4. Just waiting for the CO allocation now...

any one , any idea about how long would it take for the CO to be assigned once your application moves to priority 4

on the cat4 -thread it is said that about 300 applicants that moved up to cat4 from cat5 are waiting to be assigned to a CO, and that it should be done within 6 weeks at the most.

I have 1 suggestion for everyone as my experience. Do not contact to CO often. They do not like it and it will not make our progress faster but instead we can call PLE.

emily is absolutely right, also if you put your case through Agent, do not contact CO straight as he/she will return you an email stating you that you already nominated an Agent for your case, so there will be a waste of couple of days.
