Guest ArcInOz
Is it possible for an Australian citizen to sponsor more than one person for immigration purposes???
Guest Mary Cockerill
Hi Archinoz Yes you can sponsor more than one person at a time as long as you are still able to meet all sponsorship responsibilities. If receiving various state benifits you may not be an eligible sponsor. If you are working etc then it is fine. A person cannot provide assurance of support for more than 2 people at anyone time but as the AOS is now only relevant in parent cases and some PR appications (LRR) you should be ok. Guest ArcInOz
Thanks Mary, that's helpful.... in my situation, my brother is an australian citizen. Last year he sponsored his spouse to get to Aus. Both of them are employed in Australia. So you think this should be ok for him to sponsor me?
