confused 175 csl???

175 visa csl

Help havent applied yet- we were going to apply on my OH as he was on the CSL (IT Networking) but now im not sure if that has disappeared. Surely there must be some kind of skills shortage list??
Very confused- we would need the points from the section 'Skills Targeting' to qualify through him. Otherwise we would qualify for 175 through me but i believe this can take years?
Any help or advice gratefully accepted.
