Even at the same location, not all visas are going to be the same and it can depend on quite a few factors as to what a processing time was going to be. A week I would consider to be most exceptional and several months the norm. Client Service Charter actually will show 5 months for a low risk country but now that Employer Sponsored Visas are top priority in processing, I'd not be surprised at something half the nominated service standard.
