Guest wesleycarney
Hi I have a little dilemma regarding my WHV conditions and what they will be when I apply for my defacto visa. My 6 months with a company runs out on 27/01/10 and I intend to apply for my defacto around that date. From what I understand I get a bridging visa now does let me carry on working for my current employer past the 6 months as I dont want to lose my job. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks
Les Mighalls
A Bridging Visa A, which is what automatically kicks in when one substantive visa expires while you are waiting for a decision on the subsequent application carries with it all of the conditions of the last substantive visa. It is possible to get the 'no more than six months with any one employer' waived.
