VE 175 Visa ( Skilled Migrant )

I have recently done my medicals and police clearance and sent to my Case officer on 30-03-2009 all my documents have been sent..

Does anyone know how long it takes to get the Visa approval . so that i can migrate quick to WA..

Assuming you are on the CSL so your application is still being processed I have been told anything from 4-8 weeks - it could be a lot quicker. I am in a similar situation all my paperwork has gone into my CO about two weeks ago so just waiting... I think the main delay is for HOC to examine your medicals and sign you off as requirements 'met' , which apparently right now is taking about a month....

Just keep waiting....

hi all can you tell me if you have to take any sort of englsih exam for the state sponsered?we are dithereing between family or state sponsered with family you dont have to do a test but my oh is the worlds worst speller!!!!and he has heard you have to do an english exam for the state sponsered can anyone verify this thanks

i believe if your british you get automatically 15 points? correct me if im wrong
