Hi all

I understand if we take this route we will have to live in the sponsoring state for at least 2 years..........But do we need to work in our nominated occupation for a set period??

Hi Suzanne

At the moment no you dont.

Given the recent changes and the madness surrounding the changes, i would imagine it wont be to long before additional conditions are placed within a migrants visa's stating that you do have to work in the occuaption that the visa was granted on.
