Hi Guys,

Myself and my partner are emigrating to Oz soon, he has just sent off the TRA forms. I was just wondering we have been together for 5 years but i was married for 6 months previously is this going to be a problem? Pleeease help.

Im sure it wont be a problem there are loads of members who have had previous marriages and relationships and some that are taking kids from previous relationships with them. In fact my partner is actually my ex husband and he was married and divorced before I met him. shouldnt be a problem

hi there,ive been with my fella now 14 years and was married twice before that, all you have to do is send evidence divorce papers to proove absolute.We got our 175 independant visa recently and leave the uk in 8 weeks time OMG good luck no worries
