      Hi
We applied for visa 175. We have been together 13 years and have 2 boys. We only got married on 21.9.7. We didnt need to prove anything. I think if hubby is the father of your children, then that says it all.

At this moment in time I have been asked to provide my marriage certificate for my previous marriage (pain in the arse shredded that in a moment of pique years ago!!!)
Decree Nisi yep still got that one!!!! and then my present marriage certificate. I have been married 8 years I don't know whether that makes a difference but as someone else has said I would have thought childrens birth certifcates prove the relationship.:spinny:
Here to help if I can. Loving life in Lakelands, North Mandurah WA Since 1/7/2010

we also went for a 175... the info on the web site does imply more than your marriage cert.

Perhaps it is one of those things where some peoplea are OK with just the cert, others are asked for more info.

Our agent - Go Matilda - very reputable have not asked us to provide any further relationship info and I really feel sure they would have prepared us if there was any chance it would be needed. Maybe as your marriage was so recent (we were married 2005) you are hedging your bets but it seems unlikely it will be requested.
      175 App submitted 11/4/08. C/O 8/9/08. PCC's passed 2/10. meds 26/9, 3 of 4 finalised 6/11.
