Migration Agent Jargon help needed

Hello,

New to Pomsinoz, Husband uses it often but it's my 1st time. Anyway we are currently waiting to hear about our subclass 175 application. Trades confirmed back in August last year. Meds and Police checks done and sent 27/02/08. We have been told nothing else was needed. Not really heard anything. We are using an agent and the originally told us it would be approx 2 months to hear. But here we are 4 months on!
They have now told us that our application "is with managment awating allocation. "
Does anybody know what that means because I haven't got a clue.

Feels like I'm trying to nail jelly to a wall at the moment.. The kid's think I'm going mad

Any advise would be gratefully appreciated.

Sorry can't help with your question, have you emailed your agent and asked them to explain it?

Thanks for responding, Yes have asked the agent for an explanation of the term used but to be honest with you they are not the quickest as responding and because they are in Melbourne it is always via the internet. When we signed up to them when they had an office in London and everything seemed to work well. That closed in December and our file was transferred to Melbourne things have slowed down since then.
