      Vetasses - supporting documentation help

      Hi,

I'm looking to complete the Vetasses application form (the one for professionals etc) but having read through the form & the notes for completion, it appears that the only document I need to enclose, other than photos, copy passport etc, is my degree certificate and the form does not ask for a huge amount of detail for my secondary & post-secondary education.

Having read a number of posts on here etc, I got the impression I would have to enclose a lot more supporting documentation and more information on myself.

I'd be really grateful for any information from people who've completed the application and can shed some light if I need to supply more than the basic information that the form seems to ask for?

      Thanks a lot,

      Jon

Hi all,I have some questions on vetasses requirements:

1.Transcript of Records-Is General Weighted Average needed or the grades per subject would suffice?
2.Position title-They said that it should be specific, can I just use the position title I have in my companies since these are supported by Certificate of Employment

Thank you so much for the help.

I am also just starting to go through this process and would like the answers to both posts on this thread. In regards to what I have been told thus far, it would seem that I will need evidence through transcripts for the completion of my HND, BSc (Hons) and Chartered qualifications? I have a full breakdown of the courses with grades against each module and my certificates giving the course pass marks for both HND and BSc (Hons). My proffessional qualifications are based on work experience and tasks undertaken and I have all of the details for this. Obviously being Chartered demonstrates that I am good at what I do as this recognition is not given out without demonstrating proffessional ability, integrity and hard working attitude.

In regards to job description, I have provided a full break down of my tasks involved in my current role and previous role. I am going to include a company chart to show where my position sat within the company and who I reported to and who reported to me. To provide details of your existing and previous employment should be easy, transcripts for my HND 1993 and degree 1996 will be very hard.

      Thanks S
