I plan to work overseas when the decision is made to give me Temporary Subclass 820 Spouse Visa.Once i get visa is it any problem to travel in and out of Oz?

intersed you should be ok to travel in and out of oz as im planning to leave oz and come back in for my honey moon as im on prosective marriage visa and can leave and can in muliple times

it is a multiple entry visa so you are fine to come and go as you please. Once you have PR i think you can come and go for 5 years and then you have to apply for a residents returning visa to get back in (assuming you have not applied for a passport by then).

Passport can be had after 4 years of being in Oz, with 12 months as PR as long as in the 12 months prior to applying you have not been absent from Oz for more than 3 months.

Hi Passport is not an automatic thing you have to apply for this & have to have an interview too, see this link https://www.passports.gov.au/Web/Req...Interview.aspx
