Visa questions for family in UK/Ireland

Hi please can someone point me in the right direction.

My husband and I (God I sound like the queen!!) are living in Australia and have been for a year.We have PR on a 137 visa.We would really like my sister and niece and my Mum and Dad to move over too. Here are their circumstances.

My sister works for the benifit agency as a pension specialist, her highest qualification is her GCSEs.She has many years experience and will be 36 in September.

My mum and dad are separted but would come over together as they get on very well. Mum is 67 and Dad is 65 in December. They both have pensions.Trey have both been in very good heath but unfortunatley my mum has just had a stroke so I am not sure how this will affect things. She is making very good progress and I am over in Ireland with her at present.

My sister and dad live in the uk. My mum lives between Ireland at the present time but has a property in UK so can apply from which ever place is best.

I am not sure where to start .....but would like them to come over.

ANY advice very welcome.

Hi KC ..sorry to hear about your mums stroke but great news she is doing so well!

I honestly think your best way forward would be to have a chat with a migration expert, the initial chat is free ( I have seen that said dozens of times on here!) as far as I am aware if you want to sponsor your sister you need to be a PR ..... so check your options with the specialists.

Good Luck XXX

Hi KC, if you are anywhere near Clane in Co.Kildare there is a migration expert there who we are currently using and she is very good. She is also upfront, straightforward and says it as it is, or in other words no BS. PM me if you want her details. Good luck.
