We have our skilled 136 visa
for which we need to be in oz by december 24th 2008! What happens if we can only go there for say a couple of weeks, will this then hold open our visa for the remaining 5 years or will we need to apply for an RRV (residents return visa) to get back in to oz. Its just that without the sale of the house quie soon I think we may struggle to get there permanently by the first arrival date on our visa stamps. Can anyone wh know offer any advice at all please. We wouldnt be at home for long on return, Probably no more than 6 months or so.
