We went to local Barclays, got an International Draft Order (think that's the correct name), Money came out of our UK account, draft order took 1 day to be done. Was made out in Auss dollars and made out the collector of public money DEWR as per the TRA application form. The draft did have something on there about drawn on an Auss (ANZ) bank.
