I've just started a subscription to 'emigrating to Australia and NZ' and saw a lovely photo of you Alan. Nice to put a face to a name! Karen

PS That is assuming it is you?

Yes you can.

Costs for workplace assessments for Chefs are (I understand) A$2,500.

If you would like more details please feel able to send me an email (alan - at - gomatilda - dot - com), or send me a PM with your email address.

Best regards.
