We leave for Oz next week, its been a long wait, we sold the house 2 years ago and have lived in our caravan ever since. We waited 18 months for the visas, but it will be worth it next week when we land in Brisbane & hug our daughter, grandson & son-in-law. Just going into Spring there, 10/11 in the morning, 25 ish later in the day. Yipeeeeeeeeee

Good for you Darren. I'm not the slightest bit jealous (believe that, you'll believe anything!!). Good luck with all the planning and looking forward (oh to be in your shoes). What sort of visa have you got and how long did it take?

Wow Sizey! I must've missed your visa post - or you kept that quiet! CONGRATS on your CPV visa, know you really had a long old wait - but sounds like it'll be well worth it.

Expect you'll be v. relieved to get outta that caravan after the damp summer we've had.
