Inter-company transfer.

Please excuse my ignorance - and apologies if this has been done to death!
My husband may have an opportunity to work for his employers in Melbourne. Would we still have to do the Vetassess route etc...or is it different when you go with the company you are currently employed with?? I'm sure they will assist us - they are a global company - but I just wanted a little insight before going any further. Many thanks!

I would think (and I really have no idea if its right or not sorry) that the company would sort out a 457 visa for you, which is a temp visa but you wont need a skills assessment for it.

Unless he will just be working over here but still be employed by the UK division of the company and still being paid in pounds etc,.
