starting worry

Our case has sent from Oz to the high commission in London, its been there about three weeks. our CO dosent know why but says not to worry, (yeah right) I ranted to you all about same thing last week so apologies for repeating myself, but we are getting really frustrated now.

Maybe it's a routine check - like every 100th appliction has to go for quality control to ensure the case officers are doing their job.... may have more to do with the organisation than your application.
