Police checks - probably a silly question!

Hi everyone,

So have a quick question which is probably obvious to everyone else but think I am having a "stupid day!" So here goes:

When you submit your police checks online do you have to submit a certified copy or can I just scan and submit the original?

Hi Nikci,

I just scanned our checks in colour and used the system on the immi website to add extra documentation. The first time I did it though I sent in pdf format to keep file size small, but after a month I got told they hadn't saved properly on my file, so I rescanned and resent in jpeg format.

Hi Zoe,

Thanks for the info will send in jpeg form. Am really pleased don't have to have them certified as feel like a permanent fixture in my solicitor's office and I think he may be sick of seeing me.
