For uk to oz shipping i recommend Crown relocations, they arent the cheapest but are one of the only companys who dont use contarctors this end ,they certainly look after your stuff. We have used them twice and both times our stuff arrived on time and intact.Robbinsons are another company who dont seem to do to bad.
Wridgeways mentioned above is a large australian company ,im not sure they have the facilites to collect in the uk.

Hi, You must have been so lucky using Crown, they were a nightmare for us, 1st they give us a quote, which we agree, they come on the date, 5 strong men, they pack up, I provide them all with breakfast, then lunch, they drop a tailor made glass table and smash it on my limestone floor, I am told do not worry you can claim for it, not the point but at least i was covered. After all the packing is done and they leave with my furniture, we leave UK the following week for Oz, on checking our emails in Oz we find one from Crown telling us that they will not release our furniture for shipping because they under estimated our load by 1600GBP What a under estimate! we got the feeling, they had us by the short n curlies with not a thing we could do, we had to pay to get our furniture, they were downright rude on the phone! after it arrived, we tried to claim for our table, and scratched flooring, we were told that was not us, you had other removals in on the same day helping you, grrrrrrrr why would we be paying for extra help when they had already been paid for the job. DONT USE CROWN

We used Anglo Pacific - they were fantastic. We also imported our vehicle as well which they looked after too.

Bohlesover, there are posts and posts on these guys and i think your the first with a bad complaint, we personally used them twice for 2 seperate shipments and everything arrived intact and on time.I prefer them as no sub-contractors are involved its Crown both sides of the ocean!I know lots of people on here have succesfuly moved here with them too.Overall one or two complaints isnt too bad,i would imagine even the best companys make one or two cock ups here and there ,although it must be very annoying for you when its your possesions damaged,i'd be gutted after waiting weeks for my stuff to turn up and then to find it broken or smashed BUT id be more tempted to avoid the companys who have post after post of negative feedback off lots of different posters ,a good search of the forum will reveal them!
