Australian contact address required

Hi,

As some of you may be aware my partner and I are in the process of applying for a spouse visa. Everything has gone fairly smoothly so far, however the embassy require a contact address for coorespondance once we are in oz. The problem is, we currently have no idea where we will settle as we plan to do a tour of Oz first. I've contacted my case officer who has confirmed it is necessary, however can be changed once we've found a place. Has anyone else been in this situation, or can anyone recommend a method to get us out of this pickle?

We had the same problem with Quarantine for our dog we needed an australian address. We used our Agents address as they are based in Perth. If this is not possible do you no anyone in australia at all. Not much help I know and can fully understand your prediciment with wanting to travel all over Oz first before you settle.

I guess that's a big advantage of using an agent. My partner has a distant cousin in Taz, however we've not been able to get in contact with her, so can't rely on that.
