Any June Applicants still waiting????

Hi Guy's,

Just going at bit mental here!!
Were still waiting for a c/o

and it's driving us nuts!!! To say the least!

We applied for a skilled 138 visa by paper in June, acknowledged in Sept and not a peep since....!!! Meds and Pcc sent to agent. Agent says just be patient.....

I don't think I can stand the wait any longer.

Sorry can't help but must be driving you mad we applied for our in March and got it in November and that was stressful enough that was a 136 skilled.

Hi Folks
Seems like a bit of wait. Our application was in Oz on 27 Jul. We had ack in Jan 08 and Case officer in Feb 08. Ours all done on paper by post. We have medicals this week and then hope we won't have to wait more than another 2-3 months before getting visa if meds OK. Did you use an agent? Seems too long a wait for a CO.

Just a thought why has your agents got your meds we had ours done and was advised by our agents to leave them with the Dr till we got an acknowledgement ref no then he sent them to Sydney and our agent sent our pcs. I'm not sure how it works but just did as we were told. Might be useless info not sure.

Good luck keep going you will get their in the end.

wow this must be driving you crazy, we are following an almost exact timeline as les and woz, we applied end of july, got acknowledged in jan 08, and got case officer end of jan 08, had meds 28th feb, we have just tracked them by ups and they are now in sydney, on way to destination so we are hoping not too long now, maybe you should get your agent to chase it up, seems a very long time to wait. matt.

Hi! Speak to your agent, have them send the meds and pcc in. We applied in June (136), hubby, me and four children, ack in August, sent our meds and pcc unrequested in September and we were issued our visas, Feb 13th (unlucky for some!). We had NO contact from a CO, our application went straight to granted.
Give it a try with your agent and have them send everything in at least your application will be complete then.
It will be worth the wait, I cried for two days when ours came in!

We are also still waiting. Application sent end of June. Have had a case officer since November. Have been on to agent the last few weeks to try to hurry things along. Have even phoned Adelaide 3 times, to make sure they have all the required information!!
All everyone keeps telling us is to be patient. They seem to be extremely, busy and a lot of the backlog is still down to the rule changes back in september 07.
Know how you feel though - is driving us mad!!

Our agent has said to just be patient, easier said than done.

We have frontloaded our meds to LCU, but our agent is holding on to the Pcc's until they are requested.

I'm not sure if it's worse having a c/o and not hearing anything or not having a c/o at all? Either way I can't wait to get on with my life!
Well on the 5th of April it will be 10 months from the date our app was receipted.....

Ain't it mad - all this waiting! We are all gonna be champion "waiters for news" by the time we ever get there. We also feel like we are in limbo land - hopefully won't be for too much longer. What do you think we will do when we get the visa!!!!! I just can't imagine the noise level!
