175 help re husbands daughter!!!

Hiya everyone

just filling in my 175
my hubby has a 12 yer old daughter, she is not comming with us to aus.
Do I need her passport No?
Do I need to add her in at the front page as being included in the visa application or not because we are not aplying for a visa for her or do we put her in because she is Alans dependant??

please help!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi I do know that if she is added then she will have to go through the medical process even though she isn't going with you, but not sure with regards to having to add her on the visa to start with

Hi as she isn't going with you she doesn't go on the main bit of application but goes on the bit about family members sorry can't remember names and numbers of forms 9been so many). She will need a medical and xray . so she will need a up to date passport at the medical and 2 photos.

If the mother will not allow medical she will have to do a stat dec and a copy of her passport, but ASPC don't always take this and want child to have medical (as we have just found out!!!). So if you can get it done save your self a lot of stress and get it done.
