How until visas after meds

Can anyone advice me how long it roughly takes to obtain your visas once your meds and police checks have been completed and sent ,meds completed 27th dec and police checks sent jan 22nd so frustrated

we are in roughly the same position as you as well. I telephoned Adelaide yesterday and they informed that they are placing case officers to applications up to 17th Oct at the moment (online), if its a paper application its the month before that (September). The lady informed me that we should get a case officer in the next few months (April/May). She also said that once you get a case officer you are 3/4 of the way there! great news
