skilled sponsored 138

Just wondered if anyone knows about the old skilled sponsered 138, we have applied on this visa and still awaiting outcome, but have been trying to find out if we have to stay in same state as sponser for certain amount of time or if we are free to move around, unable to find any further info as this visa changed to 175 now i think, will have to contact agent next week, just being impatient.

How long have you been waiting for your visa?? We applied in June, acknowledged in September and are still waiting for a c/o....Hopefully something will happen soon!!!

we applied in May and have had case officer since october we have had our medicals end of Oct medical was referred for OH as has medical condition, in Dec so delayed all additional info sent Jan and now waiting

We're here on a 138 too and you dont have to live in the same state as your sponser. My parents are in QLD and we've been in NSW for 8 weeks now. Its an independant visa which means you can live and work wherever you want, doing anything you want.

Thanks, just want to get Visa now seems to be taking forever, OH meds cleared 25th Feb and no further info needed, (well fingers crossed)
