457 visa then permanent residency

looks like Im going to have to try the sponsorship route as most of you now pathway D has been frozen, whats involved in getting a permanent visa once your there and working

if you come on a 457 and have a positive skills assesment,then you can apply straight away for perm visa,if not you need to work for sponsor for 2 years ,then you need to have full meds done here as u only require x rays for the 457 and you pay even more money for the onshore 856 visa
