Smile Employer Sponsored Visas

Hi any advice?

We can only apply to live Queensland on a family sponsored visa but really want to go to Perth. My husband is a Credit Manager which is on the SOL and has been doing this for about 12 years but he never finished his degree so can not get a skilled visa. Does anyone know if its possible to get employer sponsorship without formal qualifications? What is the best way to go about it. we are going to the expo in April but really want to get this moving as it takes such a long time.

Any help would be appreciated.

My Hubby is in IT we applied with no degree and were turned down that was to ACS and so we looked for a different route which we are trying the RPL Route recognition of Prior Learning I am sure that this route can apply to other trades as well as IT so check into that route also, most people when going RPL route go through an agent but we have used a site called RPLHelp - provides assistance to anyone who is preparing an Australian Computer Society (ACS) Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) application for assessment for migration, including example CBOK sections, project reports and references. which give ideas on how to write the RPL report, so you may want to just look into this also. jobsites that you can look on are SEEK - Australia's no. 1 jobs, employment, career and recruitment site and www.careerone.com I hear some have had success after sending a large number of responses to agencies, to date we have tried this method and had no luck though. Good luck I hope some of this advice will help you. Sorry I do not know much about your husbands trade so I cant fully say if the RPL route will be ok for you.
