Hi

We have used Thames Consular and they have been fantastic all the way through the process. Our agent always keeps us up to date and always on other end of the phone when you ring her.

We paid two installments I think of £940. Then Immigration fee on top of that and medicals and police checks etc.

Just check that what they quoted is just the payment to them and doesn't include anything else. (may have gone up now!!!)

Good luck.

hi karen
we are in the early stages of application but after a lot of thought we opted for go matilda and so far they have proved to be alert and on the ball , they cost around 1800 uk pounds but there are other costs to pay direct to aus goverment and uk meds etc which will push the overall cost to around 3000-3500 . These additional costs apply to all applications not just ours ,
hope this helps
good luck tony

Hi Karen, we have paid Go Matilda, just under £1500.00 for our skilled visa.... but i think the price is different for other visa, just what i read somewhere (i think).

Also the fee of $300.00 for the TRA's and $2000.00 and something for the visa application is not included

The fees after this meds, police checks are not included.

Hope that helps a bit

Hi Karen,

I used This is Australia Migration Agents in Surfers Paradise, i'm from London, but have been on the Gold Coast for nearly 2 years. I now work for This is Australia.

They charge $3800.00 professional fee there is no VAT to pay as we are not a UK based company. Other charges would be TRA, Police checks and Visa application fee.

I used them as I knew I would need their support services once I arrived in Oz to point me to the Tax office and other Government buildings and in general where's the best places to buy things (No Argos book or Dixon's) Ha Ha

We have a migration stand booked for the Liverpool show in October should you wish to meet us.

Laura
