Statutory Declaration

Thanks for the help guys! but one more request
do you have other format or template aside from this?
because i think ACS wants a self written Statutory declaration.

Pls help! Thanks in advance!

Hi elkitos
My OH has very similar details as yours. His degree was in IT, he has 15 years experience, specialises in Oracle (currently doing BI). Dont think you need to go that far back with references etc. We just went back 4 years. My husband was a contractor and to get references to cover anything beyond 4 years would have been a nightmare as I'm sure you can imagine. Due to the amount of experience he had and the specific degree he only needed 4 years worth of references. It was a while since I filled the forms in etc (notice I say me and not my husband!) but I'm sure they confirm this on the ACS website somewhere. I think you only need 6 if you dont have a relevant degree or something like that. You dont want to have to do more than you have to. One thing to watch out for is that every reference is dated.
Good luck in your application. Dont worry, the ACS bit is the worst, the visa is not nearly as bad to fill in.

I have a degree in Accounting Information Technology. Have been in IT for 9 years, would I need to do an assessment?

What's involved with it?
