I don't know what your sponsor has to do - but wanted to say congratulations and hope it all goes well.

Hi Julie

Congratulations!

I don't know whereabouts in Oz but I would suggest that you and the managererss should go and see a Registered Migration Agent in your area, who can explain the procedures to both of you etc.

Please start here:

Migration Agents Registration Authority

Use the "find an agent near you" facility, I suggest.

Best wishes

Gil

im afraid it could take a while as the employer has to prove they need a skilled worker they cant get in oz then they have to register to be able to do it then once they have been given the right to sponsor, you can go ahead and submit the application ,but i would defo use an agent for this visa as it can become complicated

Labour market testing (ie proving the employer cannot locate a skilled worker from the Australian workforce) is not a requirement of employer sponsored visa applications.

Best regards.
