when is that visa coming

Hi everyone, is anyone in the same boat my agent told me to expect visa 2-3 weeks ago still not come. Anyone got any info on the visa situation.

Nicky don't get me started on this one had a couple of hiccups along the way now been just over a year and the waiting is not getting any easier.

Our final requested paper work has been with CO over a week now cant be much longer surely.

Hope you don't have to wait much longer

I have so been there, you are being more restrained than I was, can't say anything that will make any difference but hang on in there before you know it you will get the e mail or the phone call, our phone call was 3am! but I did not care, it felt so good.

This will probably sound abit patronising but believe me when you get it you'll forget about all the waiting. We remember the phone call, from our agent, telling us our visa was 2 weeks away. It then became 8 weeks and still no visa at this stage.
We were then pooing ourselves with worry but the worry was over nothing it just took longer as there were backlogs which we were caught up in.
Hang on in there, it will be here before you know it. Make good time of the time you have left before you fly.

We are in he same boat as you guy's! Our CO has had everything for nearly three weeks, we were told by our agent that we should hear by Friday just gone!

ha ha very funny, not heard a dicky bird........

My OH is getting a bit stressed about the whole situation, don't these people realise what a strain all this waiting does to people?

Anyway there isn't anything we can do about the wait, and as everyone has said it will be worth it in the end.

Our co requested meds on the 5th dec and we know they were with him on the 6th dec.
still heard nothing. Thats 8 weeks this wednesday - have asked agent to contact them but she says there is no concern at the moment.
how long is this gonna take ?? I stressing as the house sale is going through and I havent got my visa !!
Anyone any ideas??

I agree it is so frustrating. We started process (with agent) just over a year ago and everything is comleted, just waiting.

I asked our agent to e mail our CO on Friday to ask if she could give us any idea how much longer. Our agent did this as she copied us in on e mail so heopefully we will hear from CO this week. (fingers crossed!!!)

I know the Ozzies are laid back but they don;t understand us brits aren't ha ha.

CO had my stuff for months he changed my status page to met then ask for other stuff, which they now have but our agent tells me they could ask for other stuff and it could still be another 8 weeks til we here

But as long as they grant the visa I don't care, but living in limbo is driving us all nuts
