Online Visa application.....aaaarrrrghhh

Hi everyone,
I have just completed my online form and finalised it but.........the system threw me out at the end as i was about to put in my password!!!!!!!!!!!
Now I cant get back in without a password, to attach my docs! I can't believe it (to quote Victor Meldrew) I've sent an email to a "contact us" hyperlink and am hoping for the best. Not a good start is it. Anyone had this happen? Is there anyone out there who has had any contact with the online people? Should I be worried or will they get it sorted for me?
Also, it said on the the status page, meds required. Does that mean that I need to beek them or does it just mean that they are required at some time this year??????
Sorry about the mad rambling. Any help greatfully received.

I'm not 100% on the online process as it's new, but I do think you are now meant to have your medicals done. The online processing is much quicker than the paper one at the moment, although I suspect it will become longer the more that people apply in this manner.

I'm not sure about your other question

Will people stop saying that. The online system IS NOT much quicker. The early ones were but nothing has moved on that front since end of Sep.

re meds, you can either book now but obviously you run the risk of getting them done and them expiring. Or you can wait until you get a CO. If you send an email to aspc.processing@immi.gov.au this will give you detail at the bottom about booking meds. You can front load or wait for a CO but they advise that if you are going to front load then don't get them done until they are assigning COs to applications within 3 months of your date of application. For the online 175 this is still 21st sep and hasn't moved for months, certainly not since I put my application in on 8th Nov. So if I were you I'd hang fire for the moment until they start processing the 175s and other new online visas again, otherwise you could lose a lot of cash, medicals really aren't cheap.

Thank you Heieup and Ali, I'll just have to wait until someone contacts me. After I posted, I managed to get back onto the page listing docs required (but not the adding docs bit) and my daughter's medical forms are prefilled with my Dad's details!!! How strange is that?
These things are sent to try us I think.

Had a large glass of red last night to celebrate the start of the application anyway.

This happened to me too.
Sent documents via the link and heard nothing since.
But medicals went seperatley and they were finalised on 10th Jan the day they arrived.
I am phoning tonight to find out if all my other documents were recieved as they don't show on the online status enquiry. I have also been told that when meds are finalise its doen by a case officer and we haven't heard about that either.
It is very stressful waiting !!

We are doing it without an agent too.
Let you know if I get a response from adelaide.
