My OH has a criminal record of drunk and disorderly and assualt, would this be cause for refusal?

Was it an isolated incient, and if so, how long ago was it? What was the sentence?

Hi Nics,

I would do a search on here if I were you, loads of people have queried this subject including me! I think the general rule of thumb is if you have served a prison sentence of 12 months or more then it may be frowned upon. If you're using an agent then you could query it with them as well.
