hello and help needed x

:) hi to all i have just joined so new to all this

my family are moving to perth when visa's come fingers crossed been told should hear

by end of feb or b4 my hubby ady is a bricklayer so coming on a 136 visa.
i have three children amy 13, chloe 11, jamie 8 who are all excited

i have been looking at area's either port kennedy or secret harbour and was hoping

someone could help with info of what they are like e.g schools and buliding work for ady.

we have never been out doing all over the net so all the help we get will be great.

we are putting house up next week plus not shipping that much over is there cheap

places to buy furniture from?

Can't help with those areas & primary schools but plenty of work for brickies just send my other half (billybraveheart) a pm or ask Billy here he will answer any questions you have. We never brought any furniture with us bought all new reasonably priced I reckon.

we are not 100% on where to go yet just know in the surrounding area of perth

so all info on diff area's would be greatfully recived.

just want to go where it's friendly, good schools not far for ady working .....

it's just the long wait not being able to plan things until visa's come

would be nice to hear from people with in the same boat that are almost there.

we live in the midlands(burton area) .

plus any help with which removals to go with?

My husband also a brickie and we recently received our visa and hoping to go out to Perth in March. We do not know where to go yet either. There is so much to think of but everyone is really great on this site. Good luck with everything

My husband is also a brickie and we have just received our visa and hope to go to Perth in March. We are also not sure yet where to go and what to take with us. We are thinking about selling everything and starting afresh but there is so much to think of. You should be able to get any info you want on here as people are very helpful.

My OH is also a bricklayer on a 136 also heading to Perth, not sure whereabouts yet. Sister in Edgewater, Dad in Kallaroo.

When did you lodge your Visa?

just spent ages typing all the info but when i checked was not there must have done

something wrong, anyway will do again.

TRA RECIVED BACK -18/06/07
VISA SENT OFF -06/06/07
VISA APP REC - 03/07/07
CO -05/11/07
X-RAYS/MEDICALS-16/11/07
EMAIL OFF CO - 04/12/07 SAYING WE WILL GET AN ANSWER BY END OF FEB OR B4.

Fingers crossed now, just trying to get as much info as poss............

been glossing all the doors ready as booked estate agent to come out mon be quite

sad in one way as been here 12yrs and ady built a huge extention plus lots of work over

the years.

shame we cant ship the house over as well
