Hey Guys,

Hoping the nurses out there can help. Wanting to collect the info needed and get the form to do my skills assessment but the ANMC website is broken which has been very frustrating today!

So, we are wondering if anyone has the form already downloaded and details of the other requirements that they could email onto us.

We would be everso gratful for any help and advice,

Yes I've got a copy of the full skills assessment application form. This is the one you need to fill in if you haven't already got your registration with a nursing board in Oz, and the one you need to fill in for your full skills assessment. If you're already registered with any nursing board in Oz you only need to fill in a modified skills assessment application - I don't have this one I'm afraid! If it's the full skills assessment one that you need PM me with your email address and I'll email it to you tonight!
