Received letter from LCU requesting that additional information is provided for my OH medical condition R arthritis contacted agent and they advised make appt with the panel doctor that did medical, OH seen him today and he states that this is a new form and it is OH specialist that will need to complete this and then send to panel doctor for signature and the send to LCU, feel like screaming, now will have to wait for appt with specialist!!!!!!!!!!!
yes we supplied report from specialist and doctors reports, panel doctor agreed that thought this would be sufficient but as OH not seen specialist for some time then they want more information(report was dated July o7) Oh has not seen specialist recently as not needed to !!
