I've been posting & pm-ing about this, & I've had great chat & advice from members but itsa hard to get hold of specifics. Maybe there's someone out there who has had an experience similar to ours?

OH has a positive vetasses issued earlier this year for his deg/postgrad/work exp. However he hasnt worked directly in this field for several years, he has worked in a related field. Although he's going back to his roots (ie his original profession the vetassess is for) for the job he's been offered in Oz (on the 457).

I want to know if the positive vetassess qualifies him to apply for pr before having to wait for 2 years? The employer will sponsor the family. (as we have to pay threse blessed school fees in NSW on a 457). I can go into specifics thru' pm if anyone has regeneration/econom dev/U & R planning knowl in this area.
