I Belive If You Do Your Own Application For A Visa You Can Track It On Line Can You Tell Me Although We Have Used An Agent But We Have Our Case File Number So Can We Track The Prossess Of Our Application On Line

I am fairly certain you can only track online applications online (does that read right?)

https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/inquiry...o?action=eVisa Here is the link if you applied online you need you TRN number date of birth and passport number. (hope the link is ok not very good at copy and paste). If you didn't apply online I don't think you can check your status.
