We found out that our Medicals have been loaded on to the system on the 1st Dec, we already have case officer but wondered if anyone knows what this means, do they get loaded on system even if there are problems or need extra info about any medical condition or does this mean they have agreed medical ok, worried as OH has arthritis , any info would be greatly apprec,
Normally, if the meds for oe of the family mmbers have been referrd to the Medical Officerof the Commonwealth, the database shows "referred" in relation to that person. Where the meds have not yet been decided in such a case, there will be no date given.
So the fact that you have been told that all your meds were uploaded on to the system on Dec 1 suggests that the meds for all of you are OK and that iti is now just a matter of waiting for your CO to make contact.
Hang in there. It will all come together, never fear.

cheers for your info but on reading other threads people are stating that other family members medicals have been cleared and theirs referred(would they not just show up as all referred),just wondered why, paronoid that OH medical must be referred due to arthritis, or could it be that it has been referred and passed and thats why now given date loaded on to system. any help to clear mind would be apprec, going mad waiting!!
There are 5 of us applying our meds were received in Sydney 1st November and 4 were cleared sometime in November I cant remmber the date given.
Hubbies was referred because of problems with Bp was finally cleared 5th December the person I spoke to said that everything looks fine and has been uploaded and our Co will be in touch she also said no other info was wanted.
I would think if they have told you it has been uploaded like ours it is clear and waiting for visa grant.

Sounds like it did not need to be referred and all cleared at initial stage if it had been referred they would have told you how many cleared on 1st december and that 1 had been referred on.
Thats what happened with us all info sounds like it is on screen in front of them,
Someone else who uses this forum was told by them she had the visa grant so they must have all info.
