Hi Rob,
I am also on a temp spouse visa and hope to get my pr in august 08,
You must tell immigration of any change however little, we recently moved address and had to inform them of this.
If you marry/seperate/have a child/leave oz/change address/or any thing like your contact details etc -immigration must be told.
(i have a friend who is on a defacto visa and they did not tell of a change of circumstances and apparently immi did not take too kindly to this !!)
All the best for your pr

Hi Rob,

Congratulations on getting engaged and of-course for the baby! I think you should tell them asap, as it does state on the forms, any change in circumstance must be reported!

Hope all goes well for you... The Croydon family.

Hey guys,
Am currently on prospective Marriage visa, been here for 4 months now. Going back to England in March to get married in April. After that we are coming back, all depending on a Spouse Visa, you guys have the experince in how long it takes, how long does it take from start to been granted?.

When i got this visa granted, the immergration man i spoke too said 4 week should be enough, whats your experience?.

Thanks Nat

Hi Nattie,

I have been told the same, 4 weeks but 6 weeks MAX. My 4 week wait is coming to an end so my fingers are well and truly staying crossed.

Good luck with your application

April
