Hiya im pretty sure the police checks have to be genuine copys sent via post. You will probably find you agent may be able to give a little on the date but ring her and find out properly. You have 12mth from the date of your police check or meds,(whichever was done first) to get to Australia and activate your visas. The main visa applicant must go through passport control first (infront of you&kids).Hope that stops you worrying a little ,,good luck and i hope your not waiting much longer.

Hi guys,
We had to send the orginal p/c to our agent, but we also had a deadline date from our c/o and could not meet that so what we had to do was send scanned copies of the p/c receipt and the confirmation letter of our appointment for the meds...
We missed our date by one day... our p/c were done by 16th September and our meds 27th September and recieved in oz 10th October which was our deadline date but i would of thought they were not looked at till the next working day...
Had our visa granted 22nd Novenber and have to validate our visas by 8th September 2008 ....

Hope this helps a little? Good luck...

Hiya Sam
We applied without using an agent for a 136 and scanned and emailed our police checks to our case officer when requested and there were no problems with it.
