can anyone tell us how to get hold of the police check forms online? Been trying to find them with no luck.

I WENT TO MY AREAS (GMP) POLICE WEB SITE WHERE I DOWNLOADED THE FORM IT ALSO STATED I COULD COLLECT THE FORM FROM ANY POLICE STATION IN THE AREA ALL POLICE DIVISIONS SHOULD HAVE THIS HOPE THIS HELPS
